We are Jess (31) Mitch (34), locals of Warburton for 5 years. We have 3 kids (8, 6 & 2) who go to school at Little Yarra Steiner School. Mitch is a Physical Education teacher at Upper Yarra Secondary College, and Jess is a small business owner. We value connection to the land, strong ties to community and sustainable living.

We are looking to buy our first home later in 2026 and are looking for some local (to the Yarra Valley) housesits while we go through this transition from renting to owning.
We have had plenty of experience housesitting and petsitting over the years as a family.

We love to garden, growing food, getting out in nature so we would be more than happy to look after and love any pet animals as if they were our own.

Each housesitting experience we have taken part in over the years is looked back on fondly as we remember all the quirky pets that we have cared for and the lovely humans we have met. We are super grateful for the opportunity to be part of a WIN/WIN housesit arrangement in good time 🌞
