I am taking up a position in Portland, Victoria for 6 months from July - December 2026 and would love to take care of someone's home in that area so that they can take a well deserved rest, knowing that someone who is caring, responsible, and an animal-loving house sitter is taking care of your house and property. I adore dogs—especially small, fluffy ones—and for nearly 10 years I owned my own Maltese Shih Tzu, who was truly the apple of my eye. I understand that pets aren’t “just animals”; they’re family, and I care for them with that same mindset.

I’ve already house sat for several people who were very pleased with the level of care, attention, and love I gave their fur babies. I’m attentive to routines, happy to provide regular updates, and I take pride in making sure pets feel safe, settled, and well looked after while their owners are away.

I’m a non-smoker, a Justice of the Peace, and someone who is extremely reliable and trustworthy. I’ve worked as a teacher and principal for over 30 years, roles that require a high level of responsibility, integrity, and respect for others’ property. You can be confident your home will be cared for thoughtfully and respectfully, kept clean, secure, and treated as if it were my own.
