Hi 👋 I’m Kara!

My husband (Pat) and I are relocating to WA in 2026 where I’ll be starting full-time study at UWA (yay!). Before the big move, I’ll be flying solo for a little while. Once we’ve wrapped up life in QLD and found a place to settle in WA, Pat and our two fur babies will make the trek over.

In the meantime, I thought house sitting would be the perfect way to explore WA, meet lovely pets, and enjoy some home-style comfort while I’m in between places. I’m a big animal lover and I’d be thrilled to give your fur babies the same care, affection, and attention I give my own.

A little about me:
I’m active and love getting outdoors—whether it’s walking, exploring new areas, or just enjoying some sunshine. At home, we have two much-loved pets: Opal (our 6-year-old Angora princess) and Lily (our sweet 10-year-old golden Lab). They’ve made me very used to cuddles, playtime, routines, and all the quirks that come with pets of different ages and personalities.

I’m respectful, clean, responsible, and genuinely enjoy creating a calm, cared-for space. I’d look after your home and pets as if they were my were my own. Read more...
