My background includes 12 years as a Veterinary Nurse in clinical practice and 20 years as the founder and director of a high-impact cat shelter and rescue organisation in Prague, Czech Republic

I have been in Australia for three months now, and I absolutely love it here. While it is very easy and flexible to find accommodation through standard travel platforms, there was one thing I didn’t count on: missing the daily contact with animals so deeply. A friend suggested house sitting as the perfect way to combine my remote work life with the opportunity to spend quality time with pets again—and it felt like the perfect fit. As I manage my Prague business remotely, I am looking for a peaceful, quiet environment that allows for concentration. I am very flexible with locations, but I do seek stays that are away from heavy road traffic, loud construction, or high-noise areas.
