Dear owners,

Looking for a house to sit in inner ish Melbourne, the long term aim is to move there. Currently, I live in and own a house in Newcastle NSW and I've been here for 10 years. I have minded houses back in 2015 when I was between houses but now I am looking to move to Melbourne as, I have family there. I want to take time to find my next home.

I'm a fit, conscientious and responsible retired gal who loves gardens and cats. I'll treat your place like my own and I'm especially careful of your precious objects and furniture, security aware and make sure your house, pets and plants get plenty of TLC. Most of all, I enjoy looking after your pets and they enjoy being looked after by me. One of my ‘owners’ told me that her cats were looking for me in 'my' room after she came back. It’s sad to leave them but rewarding when you know the animals like you.
Here is some information that may help you get an idea of who I am:
- I'm university educated.
- I have two grown up children, one lives in Melbourne.
- I was a public servant with a law enforcement agency for 30 years until I retired.
- I have no pets now but I have had several lovely cats over the years and minded many.
- I lead a quiet life but will have a chat with your neighbours and make an effort to maintain harmony with them. I’m mostly home at night.
- Definately no parties or large gatherings, I'm a non smoker and have my own car but I use public transport.
- I ride a bike riding and bushwalking and do both with the local club.
I have good reviews and some other references from owners not on this site which I can provide.
