Hi I'm Kassie I was born in Tassie but have been in Melbourne about 10 years. I've always had pets or mooched off housemates pets (who end up loving me more than their owner and they'd agree haha)
I'm a very patient, compassionate person and really care for animals. I was vegan for 6 years for this reason but had to stop due to health reasons.
I think I can read animals well and has been described being around me is 'grounding' by multiple people. I think animals sense your demeanor and personality - apparently mine is safe and I take this as a high compliment 🤣
I grew up with cats and then lived with a dog for 6 years then cats again and various house sits.
After house sitting a full grown staffy pup named Skylar I'm convinced I can get through anything!
There has also been Tib the Kelpie, Butters the lab, Luna the Bordoodle, Loui the French bulldog and currently Fader who's a staffy x husky with a lot of sass!
Along with lots of cats including senior and bottle fed kittens. Can't forget foster kitten Ruby (who became a foster fail when my parents also fell in love with her)

I'm comfortable giving medications as long as your pet is somewhat cooperative. I grew up with a half feral cat so I'm not scared of a scratch but sometimes can be impossible - please be realistic.

I'm a responsible person and don't drink, smoke or do drugs. I work 2 days a week and am a homebody. I love to cook, make art and listen to music.
I come with tattoos and blue hair so if that's a problem for you please scroll on. My outside doesn't indicate my inside or if I'm responsible ☺️. I've had blue hair 10 years and will not get it in your house. I bring my own bedding and towels as precaution but never been an issue.
I'm extremely house proud and very conscious of the fact I am in someone else's home/property even when I am renting myself.
I also rely on public transport.
