Late 2025, our little family’s story changed.

We said goodbye to our beloved Ella , our gentle old girl with the softest soul , who crossed over to doggy heaven at 15. She was my best friend for half my life, a loyal companion through every season, and a dog-sister to my three daughters. Losing her broke something inside all of us… life hasnt been the same without her warm body curled at our feet, her excited morning wiggles, her presence.

So this Year 2026, we are opening our hearts.
We have space now , emotional space, loving space and we would be honoured to fill it by caring for someone else’s cherished animals while you are away.

I teach English language and am very flexible with work, which means your pets won’t be alone. They will have gentle company, long cuddles, slow mornings, and a family who truly understands the depth of animal love and loss.

We live in beautiful Albany Creek, Brisbane and as someone who grew up on a big farm in Deloraine, Tasmania, animals have always been woven into my life: chickens, cows, sheep, horses, and a long line of soulful dogs , Dolly the Gordon Setter, Lavender the Weimaraner, Oscar the King Charles Cavalier… and then my Ella.

Ella travelled Australia with me.
She saw me through heartbreaks and rebuilds.
She celebrated every triumph.
She raised my daughters with me.
She taught us what devotion feels like.

My girls and I travel often and stay in Airbnbs , we are exceptionally neat, calm, and respectful of space. We bring a gentle, nurturing energy wherever we go.

I want to give my daughters memories filled with warmth and meaning, loving and caring for animals who need us, while giving you the peace of knowing your home is safe, your pets are adored, and your routines are honoured.

We would be honoured to care for your home and your animals in 2026.

We are leaving the country in early 2027 and as much as I would love to grow our family with many loved pets, it just isn't possible right now. This motivates me to spend as much time with animals, life is just better with furry friends. Read more...
