Hi, we’re Steph and Hugh.

We are a responsible, reliable and animal-loving couple who understand how much trust is involved in having someone care for both your pets and your home. We are tidy, respectful and will always treat your space with care, while making sure your pets feel safe, settled and loved while you are away.

We both absolutely adore animals of all sizes, personalities and types. Between us, we have grown up around dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, fish, hermit crabs, chickens and farm animals, and we are very comfortable caring for pets with different routines, temperaments and needs.

I have a Bachelor of Agricultural Science and a Master’s degree in Zoology and Conservation, with experience working around a wide range of animals including zoo animals, horses, cattle, sheep and chickens. I am also confident administering medication, apart from intravenous medication.

I have been pet sitting for over three years and have loved getting to know each pet’s individual personality and routine. I especially enjoy building repeat relationships with owners and forming a real bond with their animals.

I currently work Monday to Friday as a bush regenerator, and Hugh is the manager of Bells Beach Brewery, usually working Thursday to Sunday. Because our work schedules are different, we are often able to balance care between us and provide plenty of attention, company and routine for pets. We are also happy to discuss pets with separation anxiety or those who need a little extra support.

We would be very excited to meet you and your animals, and to care for them as if they were our own.
