Hey there! Two of my favorite things in the world are animals and traveling, so this is a perfect job for me. I tend to instantly bond with animals – I've been called a dog-whisperer many times and have befriended many skeptical cats haha. I'm new to MindaHome, but I've used Rover in the US extensively and have 49 glowing reviews (see attachments), as well as gotten bookings through other sites and referrals. We've housesat in Australia previously, as well as Spain and Mexico. We're primarily looking for sits in Melbourne/regional Vic for the coming months.

My husband and I travel too much to have pets of our own, so we love having animals to spend time with. Whether that means cuddling around the house or taking them on epic walks/hikes, we like to keep it interesting for them. We're skilled at making sure they are happy and comfortable, such as giving them space or giving them extra scritches depending on their needs. We both work remotely, so we're able to spend a lot of time at home with them.

We have experience walking up to 4 dogs at a time, sitting in the owner's home, sitting in my own home, and dropping in for visits. We've stayed with four cats of varying ages for weeks at a time. We have experience with young puppies, elderly cats, and everything in between. We have administered oral medications and cared for animals with extreme separation anxiety and behavioral issues, as well as physical disabilities. Whatever your pet's personality is, they'll get all the care and support they need. We're especially interested in longer stays right now but am open to any length if it's a good fit.
