We’re a conscientious and caring husband-and-wife team who both grew up in pet-loving households and genuinely adore animals. To us, pets are family, and we believe they deserve the same kindness, respect, and attentive care as people.
I’m Natalie, and I’ve been around cats and dogs my entire life—from naming my kittens, Barney and Tibbs, to holding the paw of my beloved Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Louie, for his final goodbye. These experiences shaped the way I care for animals: with patience, empathy, and deep respect for their emotional needs.
Stephen comes from a farming background where animal welfare is paramount. Animals naturally gravitate toward him, often as if they instinctively know he’s the best lap to curl up on. He’s calm, gentle, and attentive, making pets feel safe and settled in his care. Resembles old Henry only in appearance, not in nature!
As landlords, we fully understand the trust it takes to open your home to someone else. We take this responsibility seriously and pride ourselves on leaving every home exactly as we found it—if not better. We are tidy, respectful, and mindful of routines, security, and communication.
We’ve recently returned to Australia for another year and are excited to see as much of the country as possible.
