Hey 😊 I’m Lucy, a 27-year-old animal lover currently on sabbatical from my job in London.

I’m travelling around Australia with my sister, who’s relocating here from Scotland, and I’m using the opportunity to collect a few passport stamps while my husband is away with work and my career allows!

I’ve lived with dogs all my life and grew up with cats and horses too. So caring for pets feels completely natural to me. I’m currently missing my own Jack Russell terrier, Alfie, terribly, which is why I’d love to help someone in need of a reliable, responsible house and pet sitter before I head home early 2026.

I’m happiest when I’m out on walks, giving pets plenty of attention, and keeping a home running smoothly. Previously, I’ve volunteered at Gill Dalley Sanctuary in Thailand and most recently, HeeHaw’s Donkey Sanctuary in France (so I’m well versed in animal care).

I’m a non-smoker, non-drinker, very tidy, and respectful of people’s homes. Ideally, I’m looking for sits in Brisbane or Perth, but open to other lovely spots too.
