Before retiring, John was a Biosecurity Officer and I was a Primary School Teacher. I now volunteer in our local community.
Taking care of our mental health is one of our priorities; we believe helping other people is extremely rewarding; we love what our beautiful country's vast array of environments has to offer. House sitting for us covers these three important aspects of our lives.
We are parents to adult children, and have grandchildren, whom I visit quite often.
John and I now have the freedom to balance family, travelling, the outdoors and maintaining our mental wellbeing. We love camping, especially sitting outside our van until late at night, around the campfire. John loves to cook and bake, particularly on a bed of campfire coals. I love fishing and photography. We both love and follow the NRL. House sitting is new to us yet we have enjoyed our journey thus far.
We do not travel with any pets.
