Hi! We’re Linda and Brian — a friendly, reliable married couple travelling Australia.
Before setting off, I was the Director of Nursing at a private day hospital, and Brian was a Commercial Property Valuer in an Associate Director role with an international company. After many years in high-responsibility, fast-paced careers, we decided to rent out our home and embrace a slower, more meaningful lifestyle.
We’ve raised a family in Sydney, have two grown children, and two beautiful grandchildren (they are living in Northern Rivers region of NSW) Over the years, we’ve had numerous range of pets — from Border Collies and Himalayan cats to fish, Guinea pigs, rabbits, mice and backyard chickens.
We’ve always done our own gardening and home renovations and take pride in keeping any space clean, well-maintained, and loved. As house sitters, we’re practical, respectful, non-smokers — and definitely not party people. You can count on us to maintain a peaceful, secure environment while you’re away.
We love the outdoors — camping, fishing, hiking, walking, surfing, and beach time are our favourites. We’re also dinghy sailing competitors and enjoy a relaxed BBQ wherever we land.
Ideally, we’d love a spot with room for our caravan.
