We’re Kerri and Kurt, a responsible, caring couple who genuinely love animals and understand how important it is to know your pets and home are in safe hands while you’re away.

We’ve had house sitters stay in our own home and care for our pet while we’ve travelled, so we completely understand what an important decision it is to invite someone into your home. Finding the right person — someone you feel comfortable trusting with your home and, most importantly, someone your fur baby is happy and comfortable with — makes all the difference. We know how much peace of mind comes from knowing they’re being cared for by someone you trust.

We’ve recently taken some time away from work to travel, move from Queensland to Tasmania and take a little time to prepare for the next stage of our lives. We’re enjoying this time and the flexibility it gives us, and it means we’re able to spend plenty of time at home while house sitting.

We both love spending time with animals and would genuinely enjoy caring for your pets. Whether it’s walks, playtime, keeping them company or simply maintaining their normal routine, we’re happy to follow whatever works best for them. We understand that every pet is different and has their own personality, routines and little quirks, and we’ll take the time to get to know them and make sure they feel happy and settled.

We’re also very respectful of people’s homes. We’re clean, tidy and considerate and would treat your home as if it were our own. We’re happy to take care of the little things while you’re away too — watering plants, bringing in mail, putting bins out and generally making sure everything is looked after.

We’re non-smokers and enjoy a quiet lifestyle. We love walking, being outdoors, exploring the local area and spending time at home. We’re equally happy enjoying a quiet night in or getting out and discovering what an area has to offer.

We know how important it is to come home after being away and find everything just as you left it. Our priority is to be respectful of your home, keep things clean and tidy, and take care of the little details so you can enjoy your time away knowing everything is in good hands.
