Hi, we’re David and Angela — a friendly couple who genuinely enjoy caring for homes and pets. David is a semi‑retired professor of human nutrition, and Angela previously worked as a project director in education research. We’re lifelong non‑smokers who enjoy healthy activities, and we’re tidy, quiet, and respectful in every home we look after.

We enjoy gardening and walking, and we have our own car for getting around. We’re happy to help with pool maintenance, watering plants, and keeping your garden looking great while you’re away. We’re also naturally mindful of home safety and security, and always follow your household rules with care.

To minimise our human footprint, we bring our own linen, pillows, and glassware.

Animals are a big part of why we enjoy house‑sitting. We’ve cared for many breeds of cats and dogs — small, large, energetic, shy, and everything in between. Although we don’t have pets of our own now, we take real joy in giving your pets plenty of attention, care, affection, and companionship. And as keen walkers, dog‑walking is always a pleasure.

We’re very comfortable with regular communication and happy to use whichever platform owners prefer — WhatsApp, Snapchat, Facebook, or email. We’re flexible and can check in as often as you’d like to ensure you feel completely at ease while you’re away.
