Firstly, apologies for no photo! Happy to send via private email. My personal data was released from the Medibank hack so am avoiding photos online for now!
So I've been housesitting on and off for 10+ years, with repeat sits. Many of these were direct, not online, with more recent sits via this site.
I'm a solo responsible, trustworthy, organised and practical person. I follow a clean and healthy lifestyle and you'd find me to be a quick, efficient problem solver.
As a self-supporting person without my own home, I enjoy housesitting to assist homeowners to have a relaxed time away plus save $$.
My referees can confirm I'm a reliable and trustworthy person who is always clean and tidy. I care for homes/gardens as if my own, whether small or large, city or rural.
I grew up on rural properties surrounded by animals, where we also grew our own fruit and veg - I'm ok in the gardening department!
My aim is to provide you with peace of mind while you have a worry-free holiday. You can be sure I'll be at the property every night, keeping your home secure and looking as lived in as if you were around.
I have experience successfully looking after pools, mainly salt water. I also have experience using ride-on mowers, snippers, edgers etc.
On a personal note, I'm a fit and healthy, non-smoker, with no criminal record. I have no health conditions that would prevent me from caring for your property/dealing with any issues that arise. I'm a dab handyperson, can mow lawns and fix most things that don't require a professional ticket.
I'm genuinely clean and tidy around the house and enjoy keeping gardens/plants tidy and looking well cared for.
I will always be a considerate person towards your neighbours, and guarantee no rowdy parties/gatherings or people coming and going.
Prior to and during your sit, I will always respond to communications from you promptly. My aim is to make your life as stress-free and relaxed as possible.
I an travelling with a genuinely sweet natured female cat (sterilised, microchipped black & white mixed breed) who is fastidiously clean and house trained - she comes with good refs, and I'm happy to pay a pet bond.
Some of my recent references are professional real estate agents in WA as I've been doing short sits for the past couple of years (due to lockdowns - those refs are on this site). I provide those agency refs on request - they're not online here so as to protect my referees' privacy. I have a clear current police cert also available on request.
My hobbies include gardening, landscape & flower photography, journalling, baking, studying & animal healing.
