More information about this house sitter

We have travelled each year to Sunshine Coast for the last 17 years and are hoping to spend more time there this year and in future. House-sitting would be a great way for us to experience different areas in the region to help explore this amazing part of the world and enable us to work out where we might want to base ourselves when/if we move. We are based in NZ (this also gives us an opportunity to escape our winter!) and are clean and tidy non-smokers. We live an active lifestyle, both go to the gym regularly, involved with sports and get out for walks/runs most days. Unfortunately, we lost our much-loved pet labradoodle Tui early in 2025 so the opportunity to be stand in doggy parents definitely appeals. We arent able to have a pet of our own at the moment mainly due to travel that we are hoping to do, which would be unfair on the animal, so being able to spend some time with a dog or two while house sitting is absolutely a drawcard. Our house-sitting experience to date is mainly linked to multiple AirBNB stays and we consistently get feedback about how clean and tidy we leave any houses we stay in. Read more...
