Hey,

My name’s Ruby and my partner is Brendan. We have a beautiful, gentle 7-year-old rescue Lab cross named Chai.

I work as a veterinary nurse, and Brendan works across the trades while also running his own web design company. Chai is entering her senior year's, gets along really well with other dogs and loves canine company, although she can be quite nervous around new people.
We’re making the move from New Zealand to Australia in August and are looking to explore Brisbane through house sitting while we find a place to call home.

Brendan can work from home if required for week or two during this period if, so there will usually be someone around to keep pets company. We’re both active, responsible, and genuine animal lovers who would enjoy keeping your pets happy and loved.

Outside of work, we’re very into fitness and the outdoors. Between us we enjoy the gym, running, cycling, rock climbing, hiking, and getting out for long walks with Chai. We live a pretty quiet lifestyle and genuinely enjoy spending time outdoors.

With my background as a veterinary nurse, I’m very comfortable caring for animals of all ages and temperaments, administering medications if required, and recognising when pets may need extra attention or care.

We’re clean, respectful, and reliable people and Chai is a very gentle girl who is ether found with us walking and playing at the beach or solar charging in the sun or practicingher napping skills sinces she getting little older.
