- Honest and trusted. (Had to pass highest level of background check and police criminal record to work with vulnerable people in the disability sector - can provide referees.)
- Pedantic about cleanliness and hygiene.
- Love animals and they love me back.
- Love walking dogs etc.
- Will fix minor jobs requiring handyman.
- No problem mowing lawn, watering plants or doing the lawn edging while you are away.
- Friendly and fun to be around.
- Family man - 4 kids all adults not though.
- Understand the trust you are putting in me - so will definitely not let you down. It may even lead to more work or a nice reference from you.
- Will remain in regular contact with you and answer phone or txts immediately.
- Will enjoy looking after your garden - if applicable.
- Would welcome checks from family, neighbours or friends on how I'm taking care of your place.
- Very domesticated - not afraid of vacuum, duster, dishcloths, washing machine etc etc.
