single man. Very neat, clean and tidy in the home (some might suggest fastidious) Good with animals. Very responsible and reliable. I have sold my home in Australia and live between Perth and Thailand. I like to break it up a little and return to Perth for a couple of months here and there to earn additional money. One cannot sit around drinking coffee all the time. I do own property in Thailand.
