We are a retired couple in our mid 50's and early 60's . My wife was a librarian who worked in a university for over 20 years and I worked in federal government for over 30 years. My wife is a carer for her elderly mother and we all enjoy travelling and meeting new people.

We are non smokers and non drinkers.

We are quite energetic and reliable and have stayed at many Airbnb properties over the last
7 years for various lengths of time and have always been praised by property owners for the
high standard of cleanliness and order we have kept their properties in when leaving.

We are able to fully commit to looking after the owner's property and assure them that all
their requirements will be met and exceeded.

We have experience in pet and plant care lawn maintenance and some general maintenance as well as making
sure the property is secure at all times. We have owned many pets over the years and we also enjoy gardening which my mother excels at in a supervisory as well as some hands on role.

We believe we have what it takes as a mature couple who understand what concerns a home owner has as we are also home owners and know this is a very important decision.
