Hi, I’m Leslie, a 43 year old health and fitness coach and sports nutritionist from Gippsland, Australia. I recently made the exciting move from face to face personal training to running my business completely online, which allows me to work from wherever I am while helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals.

My husband and I have two adult children who are both independent and working, so this new chapter has given us the freedom to travel more and experience different places and cultures.

I live a healthy, active lifestyle and love spending my free time walking my cavoodle (Lexi), hiking, playing golf, exploring new destinations, trying local cafés and markets, and cooking nutritious meals. I enjoy starting my mornings with a walk or workout and appreciate a calm, tidy home to come back to.

I’m naturally very clean, organised and respectful of other people’s spaces. I treat every home as if it were my own and take pride in keeping things neat, looking after belongings and communicating openly and honestly. I’m reliable, responsible, easygoing and genuinely appreciate the trust that comes with caring for someone’s home.
