My name is actually Theresa but I prefer Terry and my partner Len can also be called Woody. We currently live on Magnetic Island.
We have house-sat previously – with and without pets - in Queensland and NSW. We have also required house-sitters ourselves so we understand the system.
We are both fit, non-smokers and house proud and we would respect your property as we would do our own. We take our responsibilities seriously for property and pets.
Len (Woody) has been self-employed for many years in conjunction with being a professional musician. I have worked as a Business Development Manager at a Brisbane TAFE and as a contract Administrator for a mining company.
In past house-sitting jobs we have insisted that we be given a printed list of requirements for the property as well as contacts, eg neighbours, family and friends. This gives us all the information we need to be comfortable with our responsibilities.
After caravanning for 15 years around this country we would still like to get off this island now and then while we still can.
We would enjoy taking care of your home for you and look after your pets and gardens.
