We’ve recently relocated to Perth from Melbourne after Sascha was accepted into the Doctor of Medicine pathway at UWA (woo-hoo!), while Angelica is now working full-time as a hospital social worker in Nedlands. As we transition into life in WA and search for a long-term rental, we’re currently undertaking house-sits—creating a mutually beneficial arrangement where your home is well cared for, and we have a stable base during this period.

Who We Are

Angelica

Angelica has recently completed her Master of Social Work and now works as a hospital social worker in Perth. Her background includes counselling and research roles, including time as a school counsellor at Edgars Creek Secondary College and as a researcher with Sexual Health Victoria. She also co-ran the home cleaning branch of our small business, Releaf Eco Services, supporting households to maintain calm, welcoming spaces.

She brings a steady, thoughtful presence and has a natural ability to create environments that feel clean, peaceful, and genuinely cared for. Her values centre on compassion, learning, embodiment, and authentic connection.

Sascha

Sascha is currently studying medicine at the University of Western Australia, with a strong interest in psychiatry and community mental health. He previously completed a Bachelor of Science (Chemistry) at the University of Melbourne and led the gardening and permaculture side of Releaf Eco Services, helping clients maintain thriving gardens and outdoor spaces.

Having grown up in Perth and graduated from Guildford Grammar School, he has a strong familiarity with the local area and community.

We’ve managed a small business together, so we’re organised, proactive, and dependable. We value quiet, clean, and harmonious living environments and approach every home with respect and care, treating it as if it were our own.

We live a health-conscious lifestyle, do not smoke or host parties, and prioritise maintaining a calm, grounded presence in the spaces we inhabit. Our long-term path is in health and community wellbeing, and we aim to reflect those values in how we care for both people and environments.

Home & Pet Care

We are confident and gentle in caring for pets, houseplants, gardens, and general home routines. We communicate clearly, respond promptly to any needs, and take pride in leaving each home in excellent condition—both practically and in the overall feel of the space.

We have experience caring for a wide range of animals, including cats, dogs, and farm animals. We’ve volunteered on farms overseas where we were responsible for the care of livestock, and over the years have looked after many pets in home settings—so we’re comfortable adapting to different needs, temperaments, and routines.
