Hi all! We’re Lena and Alex, a calm, reliable and easygoing couple from Germany.
Lena is 24 and recently completed her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and obtained her license as a psychotherapist. Alex is a 23-year-old engineering student and will finish his Master's degree next summer. Before starting our jobs next year, we’re traveling through Southeast Asia before heading to Australia :) We’re thinking of staying in Australia from December until January.

Lena has extensive experience in animal care. She's confident with animals of all sizes and with administering medications or special care.
Since 2021, she has volunteered regularly on a farm in Bavaria (Germany), caring for llamas, camels, horses, donkeys, pigs, goats, sheep, dogs, cats, chickens, ducks, and more. She has returned around ten times (Alex also joined a couple of times) and the farm has become like a second home. We also housesat the entire farm several times while the owners were away — a reference will follow.
Alex is calm, reliable, and great with practical tasks. He enjoys traveling, nature, and learning new skills. While he may not have as much animal experience as Lena does, he loves animals and is always eager to help, learn, and give them lots of care and affection. Besides he loves doing sports outdoors, such as jogging, and would also welcome a furry companion.

We love seeing new parts of the world in an authentic way, and spending time with animals makes it even better. We’re happy to take care of pets, plants, gardens and household tasks.
We’re both definitely not party people, we prefer quiet evenings, good conversations, and caring for pets.
We always treat every home with respect and leave it exactly as we found it. Caring for animals is something we truly enjoy and never a chore for us.
