I am a positive, adventurous, reliable 59 year old woman who has just finished raising 2 wonderful sons as a sole parent. I also have a full time career in educating people about tourism, the environment, history and sustainability.
My life experiences have taught me that I can do anything I put my mind to - I can fix household items , keep a house clean, grow and cook my own food and care for a multitude of pets. I am great in a crisis and am equally looking forward to peace and relaxation in the form of reading, time in nature and walking. My mission is to continue to live life with passion.
I lived in Qld for 21 years and moved away for some years. I am currently working on a research project with a Qld University that requires me to be back home in Qld for an extended time, and hence house-sitting will suit me perfectly.
I am an excellent communicator and know how important good communication is to a successful home stay. I also love animals and am very happy to care for all types of pets. I have owned many varieties of pets over time myself, so I have extensive experience!
