Competent property manager and animal carer.

Please note there is a fee for service.
Starting at $30 per day for pet care, property maintenance.
Negotiable fees for longer or shorter minding or where no pet care or property maintenance is required.

I am based in the Wide Bay Burnett Region and provide a property minding and care service (I am not a traveler)

Experienced animal care for all types of pets and livestock including first aid, after surgery care, confinement and administering medication.
Animal housing management, cleaning, paddock and stable cleaning, paddock rotation.

Experienced horse care and vigilant supervision and colic awareness.
Rugs, fly veils / repellent/ washing/wound care and first aid / lunging.

Experienced in property and acreage maintenance.
Operate all tools, machinery, mowers, vehicles, Q bikes, repair fences, fix most basic maintenance issues as they arise.

I am fastidious cleaner and can do deep cleans including garage, shed or stable sorting - treat yourself to a garage clean out while you're away!

Small scale renovation or repairs, garden renovation, painting.

Have own FWD, caravan, horse float, large acreage zero turn mower, chain saw, brush cutter and most tools if required.

Previously worked in Gov regulatory services, managed own equestrian acreage property, small property care business.
