Hello,

We are currently living in Brisbane while Carolyn completes her masters degree in clinical psychology. Kristian is a civil engineer at the Council and we are current animal foster carers with the AWLQ (Animal Welfare League Queensland). We also have a lovely foster fail cat named Zali (who will not be travelling with us!).

Before we moved to Brisbane in 2017 for Carolyn's study, we both lived and worked in Hobart. We did quite a bit of house and petsitting down there and were foster carers with the Hobart Cat Centre (now known as the 10 Lives Centre) and Kristian was a dog walker with the Hobart Dogs' Home. We have looked after many cats, kittens, dogs (and some chickens and fish), including animals that require medication (liquids, creams and tablets, not injections).

We are non-smoking, non drug using, clean, responsible and reliable people with no criminal history. We are able to provide contacts for referees in Qld, Tasmania and Victoria.

We are both animal lovers and are hoping to do some short trips to see our families (who are in Hobart and Melbourne) who do not have enough room to put us up (plus, we like our own peace and quiet!) which is currently difficult while we are on one income until Carolyn finishes her degree. We are also hoping to visit other areas as well for trips of up to a fortnight's duration.

We are free most weekends and long weekends for short trips (with plenty of notice) and with enough notice can be available for up to a couple of weeks.
