Hi, we’re Tara and Col - a reliable, practical and community-minded couple travelling with our own fully self contained caravan and looking for caretaking and property minding opportunities within an hour of Springfield Lakes, Brisbane.

We enjoy a quieter lifestyle and take genuine pride in looking after properties as if they were our own. Between us, we bring a great mix of hands on skills, organisation and attention to detail.

We both come from a professional background with Col currently working at Director level. We both have experience with maintenance and property upkeep and Tara has a background in livestock management. We are both confident, capable and proactive when it comes to caring for homes, gardens, animals and rural properties.

Our setup….
We travel with our caravan, so we are fully self-sufficient and do not require accommodation inside you home (unless you would prefer in home living). This allows us to be present on your property without being intrusive, while still keeping a watchful eye and maintaining everything for you.

Our Approach….
We are non-smokers, tidy, quiet and very respectful. We understand how important peace of mind is when leaving your property in someone else’s care, we aim to provide exactly that.
