Hi, I’m Lauren — a responsible, respectful, and home-focused house-sitter with a background as a professional chef and former veterinary nurse. I’m naturally organised, extremely clean, and calm under pressure, and I take genuine pride in caring for homes and pets as if they were my own.

I have two respectful, independent teenagers who may accompany me on some sits. They are quiet, well-mannered, and usually out with school, sport, or studying, and they understand the importance of treating someone else’s home with care and respect.

I also have a well-trained one-year-old American Staffy, Lunar, who can join me only with your permission, or I can make alternative arrangements for her. Thanks to my veterinary background, I’m very confident with pet care — including routines, medications, and recognising early signs if something isn’t quite right.

As a chef, I have a strong eye for hygiene, organisation, and maintaining a well-run household, so your home will always be kept clean, secure, and well looked after. I’m reliable, proactive, and an excellent communicator, and I’m happy to provide regular updates and photos while you’re away.
