Hi, I’m Briohny—a Sydney-based wellness facilitator and business consultant who enjoys animals, nature and a peaceful home environment.

I’ve house-sat before and am currently looking after a home in Dolans Bay. Having previously owned an investment property, I understand the trust involved in handing over your keys and the importance of having someone responsible looking after your home.

I’m tidy, considerate and attentive to the little things that keep a household running smoothly. You can expect your home to be treated with care, your instructions respected and regular updates so you can relax while you’re away.

As a dog owner myself, I understand that pets are family. I’ll take the time to learn their routines and personalities, keeping up with their usual feeding, walks, company and affection. I’m also happy to look after plants, collect mail and manage everyday household tasks.

I have a small, friendly toy cavoodle, Coco, who is about four years old and very well behaved. Ideally, she would accompany me where suitable. We can discuss whether this would work for your household and pets, and I can arrange alternative care for her when needed.

I’m particularly interested in longer stays, though I’m happy to discuss shorter sits that are a good fit. I enjoy getting to know an area and providing a consistent presence while homeowners are away.
