I'm someone who enjoys the solitude of the country and enjoy escaping to the bush or the coast. I love animals and have owned a small hobby farm, so know the requirements of maintaining a property. I've built 2 of my own homes so I have developed a range of skills. I have been a teacher/principal for most of my career, and operate a business on the side involving coaching of teens, keynote speaking and leadership programs. I am hardworking, like to keep fit by running half marathons, and enjoy reading and writing. In fact, I'm in the process of writing my first book and would love to be able to find a quiet place in the country to finish it off - whilst enjoying some peace & quiet in the country away from the city! I've grown up in the country and yearn for that feeling of space and fresh air! I can guarantee that I would be a reliable & trustworthy house sitter as I appreciate how difficult it can be to find someone who can understand how important it is to find a person who would truly care for your property and animals.
