My name is Cory, 46 yeras old and I am the Managing Director of Control Valve Solutions Pty Ltd, based in Wangara. I’m a responsible, organised professional who takes pride in caring for both people and property.

I have two wonderful children (an 11-year-old son and a 13-year-old daughter), and as a family we’ve always enjoyed spending time outdoors and around animals. I’m very comfortable with pets and happy to keep them well cared for, walked, groomed and loved while you’re away.

I’m currently going through a separation and am looking for a peaceful environment to look after during this time. House sitting provides an ideal opportunity for me to offer homeowners reliability, security, and care in return for a place to stay and happy to pay your rent/mortgage during the house sitting period if required.
