About Me

I’m a mature, responsible 30-year-old medical student originally from Canada, house-sitting solo. I’m in the process of relocating from Gold Coast permanently to the Sunshine Coast and would love to continue house sitting both short- and longer-term as I settle into the region.

House Sitting & Pet Care Experience

I have previous house-sitting experience in Canada, including caring for a small dog. Throughout my life, I’ve owned and cared for a variety of pets: dogs, cats, a bird, and even a ferret. I’m very comfortable with different animal personalities and routines.

As a medical student, I’m confident administering pet medications, including oral medications, and I always follow instructions carefully. I’m attentive, reliable, and not afraid to ask questions to ensure pets and homes are cared for exactly as requested.

Lifestyle & Reliability

I’m a non-smoker and do not drink. I live a calm, active lifestyle and enjoy hiking, beach walks, and going to the gym. I genuinely love animals and spending time outdoors. Daily walks and maintaining routines are something I truly enjoy. I love spending time out in the yard and happy to attend to a garden.

In January, I’ll be out of the house only part of the day for placement three days per week. Outside of that, I spend most of my time studying quietly at home, meaning your pets will receive plenty of company, attention, and consistency.

Availability

Available for house sits of up to four weeks at a time starting January 9th but happy to meet in person on or after that. Otherwise I am happy to arrange a video call.
