Hi, I'm Miranda. I'm a friendly, reliable pet and house sitter looking for a quiet oasis this summer.

A dog, cat, and occasional chicken lover, I have extensive experience caring for pets and keeping homes clean, secure, and well-maintained. I have a particular soft spot for small dogs and Chihuahuas. See my last photo for my beloved, dear departed dog, Audrey.

Who am I?

I'm a woman in my 30s who works in university teaching and research. I'm currently in the final stages of completing my PhD and am looking for a peaceful place to focus on writing my thesis over the summer.

Because I'll be working from home during this period, your pets will enjoy plenty of company, attention, and care throughout the day. I'm new to mindahome, but I've spent many years house and pet sitting for friends, colleagues, and acquaintances. I pride myself on being reliable, communicative, and respectful of people's homes. I also provide regular updates and photos so you can relax while you're away.

Who are you?

I'm ideally looking for a peaceful home with a pet who enjoys companionship, or a lovely home with plants that need a bit of care and attention. A reliable internet connection and somewhere comfortable to work from are important, as I'll be continuing my university work while housesitting.

I'm open to longer stays for the right pet, location, and timeframe, and I'd love the opportunity to care for your home and beloved animals as if they were my own. Read more...
