I am a recently retired Special Education Teacher currently between houses and need somewhere to live short term before buying on the Sunshine Coast.
I have owned dogs and cats in the past. I did a house sit last year for a friend to care for 2 dogs and have house sat for my family on 4 occasions looking after 2 cats each time. I have recently done volunteer work for 'Friends of the Pound' at Tweed Heads for a few years and during the time took 2 foster cats (see profile pic) to care for while they waited for their 'forever home'. My lifestyle includes travel, hiking, yoga and gym.
I am a very fussy with cleanliness around the home and good with yard work and mowing. I used a ride-on when I lived in the rural village of Moore, QLD and am familiar with pool maintenance.
Have just completed a house sit in Brisbane caring for a very active King Charles Cavalier who enjoyed 1 hour walks. After that a very affectionate Foxie for a week.
