“I can't rate Jacqui highly enough. On the first day of our holiday we were involved in a serious motor accident putting us both in hospital in Melbourne.
Jacqui extended her stay, continued to look after Ken (our Siamese cat) and our home and garden whist keeping friends and neighbours informed. She has taken Ken to a scheduled vet appointment and located some required items in the home and posted them to me quicker than I could imagine.
Importantly, Ken has bonded with Jacqui and is very happy.
Communication with Jacqui has been fabulous.
