My name is Renelyn and my husband's name is Anthony.

We are a retired couple in our mid 50's and early 60's . I was a librarian who worked in a university for over 20 years and my husband worked in federal government for over 30 years. My mother who is widowed lives with us and we all enjoy travelling together and meeting new people.

We travel in our own car and provide our own bed linen and towels.

We are non smokers and non drinkers.

We are quite energetic, trustworthy and reliable. We have stayed at many Airbnb properties ( 21 so far ) over the last 7 years for various lengths of time ( overnight up to 5 months ). We have always been praised by property owners for the high standard of cleanliness and order we have kept their properties in when leaving.

We are able to fully commit to looking after the owner's property and assure them that all their requirements will be met and exceeded.

We have experience in pet and plant care, lawn maintenance and some general maintenance eg pool, as well as ensuring the property is secure at all times. We love animals and have owned many pets over the years. We also enjoy gardening which my mother excels at in a supervisory as well as some hands on role.

We believe we have what it takes as a mature couple who understand what concerns a home owner has as we are also home owners and know this is a very important decision.

Anthony and family had an extended stay in our Airbnb. The unit was left impeccably clean and tidy which is very much appreciated. We would be more than happy to have Anthony and family return and do recommend them as guests. The annual fire door compliance inspection was during Anthony’s stay and it was much appreciated that they we’re accomodating to allow some works to be completed by the tradesmen.
