Hi there,
I'm Sandy ~ A Cairns local property minder who is highly experienced, responsible, fit, healthy, non-smoking, super diligent, and passionate about everything to do with minding. I have over 9 years of minding experience ~ primarily gained from tending to small to large properties with or without domestic pets of almost every kind, and even some farm animals on occasion. I love everything about minding, preferrably longer bookings (ideallly 3 weeks or more) these days.
Give me a garden and I’m super happy- I love pottering around (but its not essential). My mowing and pool care experience is broad - I've used a push mower, right up to a zero turn. I take a very responsible, security conscious, and caring approach to property care. When you come back your home will be as clean and tidy as you left it, and your gardens, lawns and/or pools will be maintained exactly the way you like them (unless you want me to do some weeding). Feel free to ask me. Your pets (when applicable) will be loved and content when you get back. Dont worry, they will still go crazy happy to see you when you get back.
As my casual work is scaling back, I now have more flexibility and availability for minding, alongside running a small online work-from-home business. This allows me to spend plenty of time at the property and provide consistent care, attention, and companionship for pets.
I own my own property ~ an apartment close to city, but enjoy a change of environment, and exploring areas. I’ve owned a few properties over the years so I know how important it is to keep it clean, secure and well maintained.
