Hello there! We're a caring couple, working remotely currently in HR/recruitment and finance. We've been living in Melbourne for the last 4 years, and are now considering buying our own home, and we thought what better way to figure out where we would like to settle down than to discover as many different areas/suburbs as possible!

Neither of us are new to house or pet sitting, as we have done it frequently in the past for family and friends whenever they travelled, and have always enjoyed it. We decided to start house/pet sitting full time in 2025, and since then, we've cared for a wide range of pets and breeds - cats, dogs, fish, chooks - and are familiar with duties around feeding, changing litter, inside/outside time, grooming, medications etc. and have had to adhere to schedules for pets previously, which has never been an issue. We also enjoy long walks or runs, so if you have an energetic buddy, we are more than happy to take them to parks or beaches and spend time outdoors.

We understand the importance of your home and pets and how much they mean to you, and are adaptable to their needs as necessary. We are proud to say that we have been the first house/pet sitters for quite a few families, and understand the anxieties of leaving your precious companions as you travel, we will love them as you do and will do our best for your peace of mind while you are away.

I (Sarah) grew up on a farm in Tasmania, and Hugo is originally from France, and has previously taken care of properties and performed home duties while travelling, so no task is too big or small for us!

Both of us work remotely, which means that we are reliable and present during the day, and are very much homebodies at night/on weekends, so your home (and companion!) will be well looked after no matter the time of day. We are also non-smokers, and will treat your home as if it were our own, making sure things are clean and tidy. We've also taken care of gardens as part of our house sitting so your lawn (using a standard or ride on mower are both okay), plants (potted or otherwise), and garden will be well cared for.

We are also happy to do frequent check-ins while you are travelling. Our goal is to make your holiday as stress-free as possible, knowing that your home and companions are in the best hands.
