Hello! I'm Shannon, a 53-year-old primary school teacher with 26 years of experience teaching on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. After a refreshing extended holiday in Tasmania, I’ve recently returned to my happy place—back by the beach, close to my two wonderful adult children (aged 23 and 31), and back in the classroom doing what I love.
I’m a calm, responsible, and nurturing person—qualities that have served me well both in teaching and in caring for homes and pets. I adore animals and have experience looking after dogs, cats, chickens, and even the occasional guinea pig! Whether it’s daily walks, cuddles, or keeping up with special routines, I treat every pet like they’re part of the family.
When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me doing yoga, enjoying the ocean, or reading a good book. I’m tidy, respectful, and will care for your home as if it were my own.
