Hello, I'm Sharon.
I'm relocating from Melbourne to the beautiful Batemans Bay area after accepting a permanent position in the Batemans Bay Area. I am looking for housesitting opportunities while I settle into the community and get to know the area.
I have spent many years living on a large property in Victoria, so I'm very comfortable caring for homes, gardens, and animals. Throughout most of my adult life I've owned dogs and chickens, so I understand the importance of maintaining a pets routine, providing companionship, and ensuring they are well looked after while their owners are away.
Over the past 25 years I've owned my own home as well as investment properties, and I've also worked as a Property Manager. This experience has given me a thorough understanding of maintaining a home, recognising when something needs attention, and treating someone else's property with the same care and respect as I would my own.
I'm a non-smoker, hold a current Australian driver's licence, and have my own reliable vehicle. I'm also happy to obtain a National Police Check if requested.
I'm a mature, trustworthy, tidy, and respectful person who understands that every home and every pet is unique. I take pride in being reliable, following instructions carefully, and keeping homes clean, secure, and well maintained. I'm also happy to provide regular updates and photos while you're away, so you can enjoy your time knowing your home and pets are in safe hands.
I see house sitting as a wonderful opportunity to become part of the local community while providing homeowners with peace of mind that their home and beloved pets are being cared for as if they were my own.
