Hello there! :)

WHY AM I HOUSE SITTING?
From late June 2022 onwards, I will be house-sitting in and around Brisbane / Gold Coast / Sunshine Coast to save for my retirement.
I am grateful to be considered for any house / petsits that will help me achieve this goal.
I am already LOVING this adventure!

ABOUT ME:
I am a single lady with years of experience pet / house sitting. I work part-time as an Aged Care worker.

WHAT I OFFER:
Here are some reasons why I think I would be the perfect sitter for you:

* I am very tidy, clean, and courteous.
* I don't smoke, party, or drink.
* I will look after your home as though it were my own (e.g., cleaning and maintenance, plants watered, lawn mowed if necessary, hedges / bushes trimmed).
* I will collect your mail and ensure bins are taken out and in.
* I will happily look after any resident pets (I have a lifetime of experience owning and caring for cats (indoor and outdoor), dogs (giant, big, and small), fish, birds, mice, and guinea pigs). After house sitting since June 2022, I now have additional experience looking after a snake, chickens, geckos, and horses.
* I have experience administering medication to pets (i.e., ear drops, tablets, insulin, liquid medicine).
* I am a quiet and friendly neighbour.
* I am an honest and open communicator; you can always expect updates from me.
* I have experience maintaining pools.
* I have Green Thumbs.
* I am reliable and responsible.
* I have excellent references and reviews available.
* I will house sit for the full length that you require.

PLEASE NOTE*
*I value your privacy and will never breach it unless I absolutely have to (i.e., there is an emergency). I expect the same respect in return. For example, having a friend drop by unannounced or someone enter the house without my knowledge / permission may be an invasion of my privacy.
Undisclosed interior surveillance cameras are not appreciated either. If there is to be an active interior surveillance system the homeowner must disclose this on their sitter wanted ad or during the interview. I hope you understand.
