More information about this house sitter

Hi, I am fit and highly active, though "retired" I work remotely. I have been housesitting for the last 5 yrs - for friends + their friends , currently HS 2 dogs + 24 chickens on a regular basis.
Personally, I am mobile , fit, flexible...non smoker.
New to the site as there haven't been any "gaps" in the calendar for the last 2yrs, but current HS finishing as hosts have had to return way early ! So... full references are available from several stays.
I think the salient points are :
* 3 time homeowner ( and 4 time business owner) , including Elanora Hights, Jamberoo (pool), and a quirky mud brick In Jervis Bay, so understand the responsibilities.
* Respecting and maintaining the routines for the pets, pool, plants, and property, as well as" house rules"and any other extracurricular requirements.
* Communication a huge key, at whatever level is desired, whilst you are away.
* If possible, I prefer to meet , so that you feel right about the decision (me too!!), and
and if we do, to go through the any fine details.... not just mud bricks, all places have "quirkies !".
* Also, as I imagine all on the site are, a multiple time pet owner, not in a position to have my own at this point in my life.... but love em ! Read more...
