We are an active, responsible, and healthy retired, non-smoking couple who will love and care for your home (and fur-babies if you have them), like our own. We understand the importance of trust, reliability and honesty, and will always respect the privacy of your belongings and home. We are very happy to do gardening and maintain lawns and edges, pools etc, and you can be assured your yard and surrounds will be kept neat and tidy.

We both have current Australian Police Checks and can supply references from people we have house-sat for in the past. We are well-travelled, extremely reliable and flexible people who have excellent communication skills, and love meeting new people.

It’s been a couple of years now since our last “sit” while we moved permanently to the “West” to set up our new home. But now we are established, it’s time to get out and about to meet new people and experience different parts of this great state … and having some “fur-baby time” would be a definite plus.

PS – As home-owners ourselves, we've had several people "sit" for us while we went on cruises, etc ... so we understand the necessity for homeowners to be absolutely certain that the sitter/s they take on to look after their home (and fur-babies) must be the right one/s … the ones you feel totally happy with.

Mark and Sandy are not only one of the nicest couples you’re likely to meet; they went above and beyond to take good care of our house and garden in possibly the worst weather conditions experienced during a house sit. A bushfire in the neighbouring suburb on their second day, extreme heat wave and then a freak storm which caused power blackout for 4 days. Most people would have given up, but Sandy and Mark cleared all the yard of debris and made sure the house was perfect for our return. They kept us up to date for the whole 5 weeks we were away and I would not hesitate to recommend them. I cannot thank them enough.

Mark and Sandy were fantastic house sitters, they took great care of our dog, they communicated well and sent updates while we were away. The house was in immaculate condition and garden was well cared for. We highly recommend them; your house and pets will be in good hands. Hopefully can have them back in the future.

We were very fortunate to have Sandy and Mark house/farm sit for us in May 2023 while we went on holidays. Sandy and Mark took time to get to know our dog and cat, learn their little idiosyncrasies and make friends with them. We could see straight away that our beloved “fur babies” would be in good hands. Mark walked our dog at least once a day and she showed no sign of separation anxiety.
Our house was kept meticulously clean, the litter box cleaned every day and even the chook nest boxes were cleaned daily. When we got home late evening after a long flight there was dinner cooked by Sandy waiting for us on the table.
