Hello I’m Kerri — a local to the Bellarine Peninsula who values calm spaces, clear communication and mutual respect. I work primarily online in mentoring and wellbeing-focused services, which means I bring a consistent daytime presence to any home I care for. My favourite time of the day is taking my morning dip in the ocean followed by a cuppa coffee. Then my creative & productive work day can begin.

I’m seeking a longer-term house-sitting arrangement preferrably on Bellarine Peninsular region so I can continue my work locally. Local will also mean I can stay connected to my family whilst creating breathing space for my adult children who still remain in our family home.

I’m grounded, practical and quietly attentive. I notice the little things - plants that need water before they droop, bins that go out on the right day, pets that need reassurance, and homes that simply feel better when someone is present and caring for them with intention. I’m comfortable maintaining gardens, managing routine household tasks and caring for animals, and I genuinely enjoy creating a peaceful, lived-in energy rather than just “occupying” a space.

I have done other short term house-sits (1-2 weeks at a time) through word of mouth and hoping this site will help me find longer term house-sits. References from previous homes can be provided upon request.

My husband will join me for short periods based around his work schedule, however most of the time it is just myself. We are both respectful, tidy and understand the importance of privacy, security and clear expectations. My work is flexible but consistent, so homeowners can feel confident there is regular presence and oversight of their property.

What matters most to me is alignment - open communication, trust and a shared understanding of how a home is to be cared for. I treat each home as if it were my own, with gratitude and responsibility.
