Hi there!
My name is Caitlin. I'm a 53-year-old single woman residing in Melbourne. I'm self-employed and work from home; thus, I can move around our beautiful country to my heart's content! I'm also a musician and a Bachelor of Arts student at the University of Melbourne.
Added to this, I'm a proud mum to two wonderful young men - both grown & flown.

I’m an experienced house-sitter of short and long-term stays, with a strong track record in animal and garden care. I'm currently seeking future house-sits as a way to explore our amazing country while meeting lovely people and their furry friends along the way.

I'm passionate about the ocean and sailing - I've just returned from an amazing stay in Sydney, where I was invited to perform open day Ambassador duties on Australia's youth training tall ship, The Young Endeavour (former youth crew). If you live by Sydney Harbour, &/or along the Pacific Coast, I would love to hear from you!

I grew up on a farm in the Yarra Valley, giving me a deep love and broad experience with animals - including horses, goats, poultry, cattle and of course cats and dogs. Over the years, I’ve continued to share my home with beloved pets. Whilst raising my young family, I was 'Mum' to Banjo - my gorgeous Staffy X, Shelle - my darling tortoiseshell cat, and later Sam, my beautiful & very smart black cat boy. However, I have been without pets now for a few years - though I bring their cherished memory and care experience with me.

I’m an absolute nature lover - being outside amongst trees and in the garden is my happy place - I'm a confident gardener, & love to get my hands dirty!

I live a quiet but active life. Health and fitness are important to me, and I have lots of energy to care for your pets. I'm naturally organised, tidy, adaptable, and respectful of each household’s lifestyle. I'm just as happy in a brand new high-rise apartment as a cosy hills cottage.

I’m an excellent communicator, resourceful, mature, and highly responsible. I hold a driver’s licence (Heavy Vehicle) and have a reliable car. I can provide excellent references & can obtain a National Police Check upon request.
