Travelling QLD, writing a book!

I’m currently in Sydney, NSW!

After that I am hoping to drive up to the Queensland area through a setup like house/pet sitting for the next 6-12 months. I have just come from driving Adelaide - Canberra - Sydney and loved it!

I have left my amazing job in Adelaide, SA working for an NDIS support work providing company called Your Choice Matters due to ending a 7 year relationship and needing to do some soul searching at the fun age of 27/28!

I am unemployed, currently living off my savings so live a very simplistic lifestyle. If I were to consider another job, I would look into fashion as I miss being creative and a simple retail job helping girls find nice outfits excites my soul! I bring a sewing machine and I sew my own dresses often.

I’m writing a “self help” book targeted at women whilst studying holistic counselling. I love an early night and an early morning, especially going for a 6am yoga session, walk, or run. I’m happy to push that until later for those more senior bubbas though hehe

I am also vegan and have grown up on a sheep station riding horses and motorbikes my whole life. I’m vegan because I love animals so much BUT I don’t judge anyone for their choices and I still feed animals whatever you prefer. Yes even chicken feet if I must!

I have house and pet sat for my friends/family. I have experience giving insulin injections morning and night to Bella and tablets (in cheese) to Beau, both my family dogs. I have also had multiple cats, Coco, Cleo, Charlie, who have all now passed :( But Booga (15) and Tiggy (7) are still kicking in SA though :)

I’ll be honest, I do not naturally have a green thumb, but I will happily follow instructions with any house plants etc and can guarantee they will be treated with love also :) Read more...
