Why we want to house-sit
Our home is in Victoria and we are looking to spend more time near Terrigal, NSW, where our first grandchild is due in April 2026. We’re seeking house and pet sitting opportunities in the area to be close to our family.
About us
We are a work-from-home/early-retired couple, who are former holiday accommodation owners, so we understand the importance of leaving your home and pets in trustworthy hands. We've also utilized house sitters ourselves, so we know how reassuring it is to have someone who treats your home and animals with genuine care.
Our family has always included a cat but we are now converted dog lovers, thanks to our grand-dog Dulcie (a golden retriever) and a friend’s Labrador we regularly care for. While our lifestyle doesn’t currently allow us to have a dog of our own, we love every opportunity to care for others’ pets.
