We are a very active couple who have just retired and sold everything and now living the summer in New Zealand, and want to spent the winters in a warmer climate. Lived on the Gold Coast for 6 years.
We have had farms and lifestyle blocks, so are comfortable looking after lifestyle blocks, dogs, cattle etc. We would prefer longer stays ie for someone who may be off to Europe for the summer. Handy, clean tidy professionals having just retired from Real Estate management and sales. Non smokers, social drinker. Very responsible.
